You can put things on hold for a while and play a few games and have a couple of laughs and start fresh afterwards. I also understand that sometimes a little fun just isn't enough to beat really tough stress.

For those of you wound tighter than a Chihuahua, here's a stress management technique recommended in all the latest psychological texts:

Picture yourself near a stream.
Birds are softly chirping in the crisp, cool, mountain air. No one knows your secret place.
You are in total seclusion from that hectic place called "the world". The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
The water is clear.
You can easily make out the face of the person you're holding under the water...

Whether you love him or hate him, this soundboard is lots of fun. Reassemble cut up pieces of Dubya's speeches and play them back. You can even save yours on the site for others to listen to. Clicking the blue folder tabs will give you more sound bites.
